Your Impact:

You’ll be the voice of our product, crafting the narrative that drives market awareness, engagement, and ultimately, growth. This is no ordinary marketing role; you’ll sit at the intersection of product, marketing, customers, and sales, ensuring seamless alignment across all aspects of go-to-market strategy.

As our Product Marketing Manager/ Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the market perception of our solutions. You’ll be the master storyteller, crafting compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience and drive market adoption. This is a unique opportunity to own the story, influence the direction of our product, and contribute to the growth of a high-impact company.


What You’ll Do:

  • Become an expert: Dive deep into our product, industry trends, and competitor landscape. Understand the needs and pain points of our target buyers and how our solutions deliver superior value.
  • Craft compelling messaging: Develop clear, concise, and captivating messaging that resonates across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints. Empower your sales team to effectively communicate the value proposition and close deals.
  • Champion customer success: Identify and amplify customer success stories that showcase the transformative power of our platform. Turn these stories into powerful marketing assets that inspire others.
  • Build brand awareness: Create thought leadership content and execute strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and establish KloudGin as the leader in the FSM + EAM space.
  • Collaborate & lead: Partner closely with product, sales, and other teams to ensure seamless alignment and drive marketing success. Be a vocal advocate for the product and lead industry-specific initiatives.


Who You Are:

  • B2B marketing pro: 5+ years of experience, ideally with early-stage SaaS startups selling enterprise solutions.
  • Strategic thinker: Possesses a strategic mindset and the ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing plans.
  • Startup mindset: Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and possesses the agility to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Operational expertise: Understand the nuances of selling high-value, mission-critical applications.
  • Customer-centric: Driven by a deep understanding of customer needs and a passion for creating value-based messaging and content.
  • Gifted storyteller: Excellent writing and presentation skills, bridging the gap between business needs, product capabilities, and value proposition.
  • Messaging maestro: Track record of developing clear, concise, and compelling messages.
  • Sales savvy: Experience supporting both direct and partner channel sales models.
  • Team player: Collaborative, creative, analytical, and able to lead and influence across functions.
  • Fast learner: Adaptable and thrives in a dynamic environment.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred.
