KloudGin is a cloud-native, multi-tenant SaaS architecture with embedded Esri GIS, a pre-built integration library for major utility systems, an AI-native agent family (AIQ Apollo and AIQ Atlas), and a mobile-first interface that functions offline in the field. The architecture supports vertical and linear assets, utility-owned and customer-owned assets, and coordinates work across internal crews, contractors, and mutual aid resources. Every customer operates on the current version with no version lock-in or forced migrations.
