Requirements
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years hands-on experience with CityWorks, implementing or supporting cities/municipalities.
- Strong understanding of city public works, utilities, asset management, and permitting workflows.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant on enterprise software implementations.
- Excellent skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills to engage with both business users and technical teams.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CitiWorks or Maximo EAM solutions.
- Familiarity with SaaS/ Cloud implementations.
- Knowledge of integration with Esri GIS (ArcGIS), financial systems, or permitting systems.
- Exposure to utilities (water, gas, electric) or public works projects.
Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (BA) to support the implementation of KloudGin Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) for city and municipal customers. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in CityWorks (minimum 5 years) and strong knowledge of business processes within Cities, Utilities, and Public Works organizations. This role bridges the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that requirements are clearly defined, processes optimized, and solutions successfully deployed.
- Work closely with city stakeholders, utility departments, and public works teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for EAM (linear and vertical) implementations.
- Translate requirements into functional specifications for KloudGin configuration and integrations.
- Map existing processes to KloudGin’s modern cloud platform.
- Support gap analysis between current workflows and target system functionality.
Collaborate with solution architects, technical consultants, and developers to ensure business needs are met. - Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with end users.
- Create functional documentation including business process maps, use cases, test scripts, and user guides.
- Provide subject matter expertise on asset management, work management, and permitting processes commonly used by cities.
- Assist with change management, data migration validation, and system rollout support.
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to project management and stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring smooth adoption of KloudGin EAM.
