ArborWorks is headquartered in Central California and operates nationwide. The Challenge

ArborWorks core challenge was identifying a software partner that would bring their company into a fully digital environment, using field crews on mobile devices versus paper. ArborWorks management and executive team was starving for real time data to report on production, billing, crew locations, pivotal for safety, and integration into their customer ordering systems.

The Solution

First, KloudGin brought ArborWorks into the digital ERP world by providing integration points, deploying vegetation management specific dashboards, and reducing paper work orders carried by their field foreman for each veg point ordered to be trimmed, cut, or removed. Second, KloudGin developed location-based maps to locate each of their vegetation points, their crews and the assigned equipment, and delivered this information to the crews’ devices. This was simultaneously reported to the KloudGin innate platform business intelligence tools. Today, managers and executives receive same-day data for all crews, crew categories, production, and high and low performers with the touch of a button.
