These smaller agencies that are not “pay to play” level the playing field and allow companies both large and small to submit actual user reviews that show the depth and breadth of their offerings, along with quotes, evidence, and capability-based reviews. The end result is that purchasers are better able to get visibility into what companies do well, and choose the best software for their industry, budget, and needs.
