As we close out 2025, I want to share news that makes me incredibly proud: KloudGin has been recognized as a Major Player in three IDC MarketScape reports focused on AI-enabled solutions: Field Service Management Applications, Service Parts Management Applications, and Aftermarket/Service Life-Cycle Management Platforms.
Building on our position as a Leader in the IDC MarketScape for Field Service Management Applications for Utilities, this recognition validates the path forward. As IDC’s John Villali noted, our “cloud-native, multi-tenant SaaS architecture can transform utility operations by addressing the fundamental disconnect between asset management and field service operations.” That disconnect — and the friction it creates — is exactly what we’ve been working to eliminate.

This year has been transformational. We’ve welcomed 25+ utilities and municipalities across the country, representing the breadth of infrastructure challenges our industry faces. These include major municipalities like the City of Irvine, the City of Pasadena, and the City of Tempe; leading electric utilities including Central Hudson, El Paso Electric, Arizona Public Service, and DTE Energy; gas utilities such as ENSTAR Natural Gas, National Fuel Gas, and WTG Energy; and water utilities from DC Water and American States Water to Golden State Water, Zone 7 Water Agency, and Honolulu Board of Water Supply. Each partnership deepens our understanding of aging infrastructure demands, grid complexity, workforce challenges, and the growing need for customer transparency in modern utility operations.
What unites these partnerships is our Single Face of Work® vision. I still see field crews wrestling with too many different applications to complete basic tasks — toggling between ERP systems for parts, FSM systems for work orders, CIS for customer data, and GIS for locations. This fragmentation drains hours that should be spent serving communities and undermines the morale of the skilled professionals we need to retain.
When aging infrastructure demands increase, budgets tighten, and skilled workers become harder to find, utilities can’t afford to lose 20-30% of their workforce capacity to system fragmentation. Our platform creates intelligent unity across all operations — enabling emergency response to be dispatched in minutes, capital projects to be managed successfully over years, internal crews and contractors coordinated with ease, and linear networks and vertical assets both maintained from a single operational view.
This translates into improved first-time fix rates, faster response times, better resource allocation, and field teams who can finally focus on the skilled work they were hired to do. This isn’t about replacing systems that work — it’s about eliminating the integration burden that keeps them from delivering their full value.
The results validate this approach. Our customers report 15-25% improvements in field productivity within the first year. Beyond metrics, field technicians can focus on solving problems rather than fighting systems, dispatchers gain complete operational visibility, and customer service teams are able to deliver accurate, real-time information when it matters most.
Looking ahead to 2026, I’m particularly excited about our KloudConnect user conference in Tampa this April. This isn’t a typical user conference — it’s one where you, our customers, directly shape our platform’s future. Your operational challenges become our development priorities. The innovations we’ll discuss in Tampa — including enhanced AI capabilities, expanded ecosystem integrations, and next-generation solutions enhancements — will be defined by your input.
I strongly encourage every customer to attend and bring their fellow operational leaders. The utilities and public sector organizations that actively participate in our community consistently achieve faster implementation times, higher adoption rates, and greater ROI because they build solutions alongside us rather than simply receive them. Your expertise doesn’t just guide our roadmap — it accelerates value for everyone. And equally important, this is a unique opportunity to network with fellow utilities, share learnings, and bring back proven best practices from industry peers who are solving the same challenges.
As we enter the holiday season, I’d like to thank you for your partnership, trust, and feedback that make us better. The energy sector is transforming rapidly, and having a platform that evolves with your organization will be the difference between leading change and struggling to keep pace. Together, we’re entering a phase of explosive growth — driven by innovation, collaboration, and our shared commitment to building the future of utility operations.
Happy holidays from all of us at KloudGin. Here’s to the successes we’ll achieve together in 2026.
