Requirements
- At least 7 years of IT Systems Implementation experience in the Utilities industry with a minimum of two completed projects and one as a lead/owner.
- Expertise in at least one of the leading or legacy Field Services or Work Management products (e.g., Oracle Mobile Workforce Management, Click Software, Kona, Salesforce Field Service, IFS, D365, Oracle Field Service).
- Deep understanding of field services scheduling, dispatch, and mobile workforce enablement
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex systems and processes.Â
- Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.
- Ability to handle clients, multiple stakeholders, and drive specific solution areas to closure.
- In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and familiarity with industry-standard tools and techniques for application design, deployment, and maintenance.Â
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Will consider 10+ years of combined progressive experience in the IT Systems Implementation and Utilities Industries in lue of formal education.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and other stakeholders to define project scopes, timelines, and budgets for KloudGin implementations.
- Analyze existing systems, processes, and data to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions that address business needs and requirements.
- Create detailed functional and technical designs for software applications, including architecture diagrams, data models, and interface specifications.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on best practices in asset and field service management
- Work with development teams to ensure that the system is built and configured to the agreed-upon design and meet all quality standards
- Work with customers to configure KloudGin Field Service and Asset Management to support customer business requirements.
- Analyze and design solutions for business requirements which may include sophisticated configurations and/or technical components.
- Define detailed functional requirements for configuration, enhancements, reports, and integrations for the KloudGin application.
- Demonstrate use of critical thinking skills to evaluate customer needs and processes to best fit application features; use of creative thinking to aid in customer adoption of the KloudGin application.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and colleagues on and offshore to facilitate on time and on budget project delivery.
- Mentor and develop team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
