El Paso Water Receives Level II Finalist for Innovation in Field Automation

SUNNYVALE, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–El Paso Water, a KloudGin customer, was awarded a Level II Finalist award for Innovation in Field Automation by CS Week in the 2023 Expanding Excellence Awards (EEA). Company awards with accompanying short videos were presented at CS Week during Wednesday’s general session at the Charlotte Convention Center.

El Paso Water partnered with Infosys and KloudGin to revolutionize their field operations. KloudGin software covers a wide range of field-related tasks, including field data collection, auto-scheduling, crew management, GIS integrations, meter read and badge number validations, backflow prevention/cross connection compliance, and asset management. By combining the work of multiple departments and business units into one application, El Paso Water gained visibility and operational efficiency to provide the best customer service possible. El Paso Water achieved significant improvements in Call Center response times, as well as improved customer satisfaction and a decrease in incoming calls after implementing the new system.
