KloudGin partners with Enterprise Solutions Consulting (ESC) in a new integration to launch Utiliprise, supporting utilities of the future.
Enterprise Solutions Consulting (ESC) recently announced the launch of Utiliprise, an end–to–end, fully-functional solution suite that provides utilities with an extensive offering of cloud-based operational applications all in one framework. As a leader in field service management, and work and asset management solutions for the utility sector, KloudGin is delighted to be part of this exciting new partnership.
Utiliprise delivers utilities a new convergence of best-of-breed offerings to embrace current technologies and in addition to field service management and asset management, includes systems such as a customer information system solution (CIS), meter data management (MDM), enterprise resource planning (ERP) and customer engagement (CX) as pre-integrated functions.
For more insight into what the utility of the future will be, we were able to sit down with RJ, CEO if ESC Partners and Vikram, CEO of KloudGin with Kimberley Herrala, Director of Industry with KloudGin, to discuss the ESC partnership and the launch of Utiliprise.
“We bring the right partners, with the right solutions to the industry and when we began looking at field service management and asset management KloudGin had that solution,” commented RJ Kumar, President and CEO of Enterprise Solutions Consulting. “No other products in the market could bring the harmony of the connected customer experience they could and working with the KloudGin team has been an incredible experience and that is not just us as partners saying that, but our customers too, so KloudGin makes us look good.”
“Partnering with Enterprise Solutions Consulting on Utiliprise forms part of our focus on supporting the digital utility of the future,” adds Vikram Takru, co-founder and CEO of KloudGin. “We have an excellent alignment with ESC from a shared vision of delivering a secure and reliable service, giving customers a great experience through their interaction with their utility and always looking to the needs of the future. We know everything is going to be digitally connected. Assets are going to become smarter, mobile workers, contractors, partners, and customers are all going to get connected – that’s a given – so those who have the right systems in place will better enable this transformation.”
