Product Marketing Manager

Location: Hyderabad (preferred) or India Remote

Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for a proven Product Marketing Manager with experience bringing innovative B2B offerings to market,  a natural storyteller and an excellent communicator who can easily explain complex concepts with creativity and credibility. The role lies at the intersection of product, marketing, customers, and sales and is the glue that integrates strategic positioning, differentiation, and go-to-market messaging across the business. The ideal candidate will have enterprise B2B software experience  for mission-critical applications with high-dollar value propositions and understand how to position against large established enterprise players like Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft and SAP. 

  • Be an expert on our product, differentiation, industry requirements, and future trends 
  • Knowledgeable on our buyers, who they are, what they need, and how they buy
  • Be an expert on our competition and how to position and win against them
  • Develop product messaging across all media and customer engagement channels
  • Empower sales to communicate our products effectively to prospective customers
  • Create and maintain a library of sales tools, such as presentations and competitive materials
  • Develop Analyst relationships and achieve positive reviews and writeups 
  • Proactively identify customer success and bring those stories to life for use in sales & marketing.
  • Drive thought leadership and product marketing content to build and grow brand awareness 
  • Understand our partners’ business objectives and develop effective co-marketing programs
  • Lead Industry-specific initiatives, both outbound (messaging) and inbound (requirements)

 

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of B2B product marketing experience
  • Early-stage start-up experience in a SaaS company selling Enterprise solutions
  • Demonstrated success marketing complex enterprise cloud software solutions
  • Experience with marketing mission-critical applications to operational buyers
  • Passion and curiosity about the customer and developing value-based messaging/content
  • Gifted storyteller with excellent writing and presentation skills who can succinctly translate between business needs, product capabilities, and value proposition 
  • Demonstrated ability to develop clear, concise, compelling messaging
  • Experience supporting both direct sales and partner channel sales models
  • Self-motivated, innovative, collaborative, creative, and analytical
  • Ability to lead and influence across functions.
  • Fast learner, detail-oriented, and must enjoy a fast-paced work environments
  • Bachelor’s degree, MBA from a reputable university
